Ghee dosa is a delicious variant of dosa. It is prepared from the usual dosa batter. After spreading the batter on the hot dosa pan,ghee is poured around the edges as well as on the surface of the batter.
It is cooked till the dosa turns crispy and golden brown in color. Hence it is also called as ghee roast.
